  • Despite what you may have heard, median and average sales prices are about what they were a year ago.
• Volume of Closed Sales
  • The number of closed sales have been stable over the past several months. Although that figure is down a bit from this time last year.
• Inventory
  • The number of single-family homes, townhouses, and condos available for sale remains higher than what it was last year. For several reasons, condo inventory is higher than single-family homes.
