In part two of this series, we left off with the order dismissing the case…

As you could imagine, Opposing Counsel was not pleased with the Judge’s ruling so they filed a Motion for Rehearing or New Trial and a Motion to Vacate Dismissal.

Unfortunately for them, they filed past the required deadline and wound up wasting both the Court’s time and ours. Motion Denied.

For that, the Judge awarded a $3,500 sanction in our favor.

So there you have it. Another trial won by The Law Offices of Evan M. Rosen.
