Founded by an honors graduate and experienced litigator, the Law Offices of Evan M. Rosen, P.A. helps people with real estate closings, foreclosure defense, personal injury, probate, and estate planning. Based in the Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale area, the firm’s guiding principle is to focus on providing thorough legal representation and outstanding personal service, treating every client as they would want to be treated and every case as if it was their own. Whenever faced with a difficult decision while helping a client buy, sell, or refinance real estate, defend against foreclosure, seek justice for injuries, probate an estate, or prepare estate planning documents, we always ask ourselves, what would we do if this were our case? From there, the best course of action is often quickly determined. 

Starting at a very young age, Evan’s father—an active attorney and former judge—would regularly relay descriptions of legal scenarios. He gave details of actual cases and the issues his clients were facing. The focus was always on how best to serve his clients. It was from this process that Evan began to truly understand that the law was not just rules and guidelines for a functioning society, but it is also a vehicle to serve others in their pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness. 

Years later, Evan joined his father’s law practice. During their many years together, his father continued to demonstrate that great lawyers focus on serving their clients, and the best lawyers find ways to ethically and legally help them. Any lawyer can expose problems in a case, but the best lawyers diligently find ways to overcome issues in a case and prevail. This service-based philosophy, which focuses on finding ways to help our clients, is a major part of our firm’s culture.
